CUSTOMISED FLOOR PLANS
Our buildings are all 11.7m x 6.9m wide which is 80m2. We offer a number of different floor plans form 1 bed, 2 bed and 3 bedroom floor plans. Each building can be customised through our design service before its manufactured.
Each building is custom designed by our team from architectural aluminum cladding, foundations, consenting through to adding furniture inside the building so any site.

The 80m2 offices are 11.7 x 6.9m and prebuilt before they get to site which allows us to deliver multiple offices in one shipment. Our buildings are not. built on site, they are assembled meaning we do away with most tractional trades and delivery times.

SCALEABLE WORKER CAMPS
The 80m2 Worker camps offers a range of room designs from 2 bed - 16 bed per building ( 11.7 x 6.9m) module. Buildings can be designed to work together in a group and linked using our pergola roof structure or stand alone depending on whats required.

Our Classrooms are 11.7m x 6.9m open planned building system which is aimed to be delivered to remote locations.Each classroom can be custom made depending on whats required.

FAST, EFFICIENT, COMPLIANT
Once the building arrives at the local port a standard flat deck truck picks it up with its side loader and takes it to site. No pilot vehicle, no hasel and transport paid by the kilometre. Once on site its placed onto foundations and opened up to be opened up and watertight within 48 hrs.
